Hello,
I am looking for information on the Motorola MC6839 Floating Point ROM.
I have one, and a photocopy of the Advance Information Data Sheet, but it makes
references to "The 6839 Users Manual". My contacts at Motorola in the U.K.
have no information on the chip, and it appears Motorola do not make it any
more. I have an application using it in a 6839 based Tank Contents Measurement
system. What I need is information on how to use it's error trapping and
recovery system. If anyone could help could they please mail me. Perhaps
there is even someone at Motorola in the States who could supply me with a
manual.
