[Tell me if you don't get this line.] I have a few programs that I have written that might be of interest to os9 hackers. If you want a copy, send me mail and I'll mail or post depending on demand. Bug fixes, improvements, etc. are welcome, but of course you are responsible for any damage you do with them. Os9/6809 disassembler: Disassembeles a single module of a file, taking educated guesses between code and data sections. Produces code that can be assembled by the assembler that comes with os9. I'll request a donation, but I won't be nasty about it. Os9/Coco SysGo module: Much smaller and a little faster than the one distributed by Radio Shack. (1.00.00, but I doubt it changed at 1.01.00.) (Removes the copywrite notice, which was kept in memory all the time! I consider repaceing this module equivelent to ripping a copywrite page out of a book I own.) Os9 kermit: Relible file transfer with other systems. (Kermit is available free for over 100 system types.) This version has limited server abilities and timeouts. Connect mode on a coco may not work without an acia board. Improvements are welcome, I run an informal list to discuss os9 kermit. (Send me mail if you are interested in joining.) This should work on os9/68000. Several other people have worked on this version of kermit also. (Jim Jones, Glen Seaton, Brad Bosch, and the people who wrote the unix version it is based on.) I'm spending my time on my homebrew hard disk controler, so I won't have much time to work on these in the near future. Is anyone else interested in discussing doing os9 device drivers? -- Bob Larson Arpa: Blarson@Usc-Ecl.Arpa Uucp: {the (mostly unknown) world}!ihnp4!sdcrdcf!uscvax!oberon!blarson {several select chunks}!sdcrdcf!uscvax!oberon!blarson
