I hate to think my message never got out, sorry to bother people if I was just being ignored, but here goes again, thanks! ------------------------ Greetings! This may be a duplicate, please excuse me if this is the case, we seem to be having some problem posting articles, in fact, I'm going to try to use this to help me track it. But ... I am trying to connect a soroc iq120 to my 64k Color Computer II, and not having any luck. What I would LOVE is a "how to" type guide on what to do, for example, I have purchased the radio shack cable to connect the port to a terminal, (Cat#26-3014) and to no avail, I have tried a null modem, but can't seem to even get the thing to 'LLIST' from TRSbasic. I have the soroc set up for: 1 Stop bit 8 Data bits No parity Since you can't select start bits or such from the soroc, I don't know if the soroc is ever going to work with the color computer, but I'm hopeful. I have tried 300,600,1200,9600,19200 bauds, and nothing seems to do any more the lock up the system. This is still with 'LLIST' btw. Os9 locks up with everything also, except 'tsmon /rs232' which the manual says should work, but os9 has other ideas. Can anyone lend me a hand with this problem? Thanks, -- Shawn
