Just got my III today (!). Played with the Palette cmd long enuf to get the stripes off the screen (13,48 does it), then remembered to try the Hidden Secret (CTRL, ALT, Reset). Sure 'nuff. Yes, friendly & folksy -- better than inscribing signatures on the inside of the Mac case. Even better than video games' listing their programmers' names and the lost-kid-of-the-month. Question: What PMODE/HMODE is this, and how much ROM got "wasted" (new or old definition)? Looks like 2-color to me, good old PMODE4, so maybe just 6K. But that means these guys crammed all the new BASIC Hi-res and ON ERROR goodies into 2K!!!! ... if so, they deserve to have their faces in lights! ROM Burner?
