On the subject of practicing law without a license, there are
lots of do it yourself books out there. Things like how
to do a will, how to incoporate, how to do a contract,
often with forms and things ready to fill in. Apparently
this is ok, but doing it in person is not.
I love reading about the law, by the way. Anyone else
read "Oracles of the Law", about the invention of lawyers
from the 12th through 17th centuries in Britain?
