And I'm sick and tired of a legal system under which justice is
approached as an intellectual gladiatorial contest, decided by which
side can pull the niftiest trick out of the bag. It just happens that
the current swing of the judicial pendulum favors tricks by the
defense, at the expense of society. I guarantee that I would bitch
just as loudly at the converse situation.

I'm not sick and tired of a legal system that just might be
loaded in favor of the defendant. I don't think this is a recent
abberation; it is one of the principles upon which this country was
founded. I am now going to misquote from history (and memory),
would someone like to supply the source?

"It is better that ten guilty persons go free, than that
	one innocent person be imprisoned."

I thought "Silkwook" was Chewbacca's sister.
