There is a Hanford Area, run by the government, where they actually put together the bombs that were dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. It's just outside Richland, Washington. And it's the Richland Bombers you are referring to. However, unless things have changed since I lived in Richland (about 3 years ago) there was no "cute little mushroom cloud" logo.
