You know why they're getting desperate? Because the trademark law is moronic. Tell me why it makes sense for a company to work hard to produce a product so prevalent that its name becomes a household word and then have that trademark taken away. I know. They obviously don't have such the jovial user community that UNIX enjoys. Western Electric has publically announced that they are very pleased that everybody has taken to great lengths to protect their trademark. -Ron
