[net.legal] A postscript on televised rape trials.

A little while ago on net.legal a discussion of whether rape trials
should be televised, and in general whether any trials should be
televised, was held. Yesterday I read a story where that situation
is taken up. I'm not sure if I agree with the story or not, but it
is vastly entertaining. If you can, get a hold of A Criminal
Proceeding, by Gene Wolfe. I read it in Plan[e]t Engineering,
which is a fan-published book. I forgot to look up [in The Castle
of the Otter] where it originally appeared, but it is the
definitive statement of one point of view on the question.
