I need a ruling from the Judge. I hope you are out there. As one of the original people on net.bizarre I am disgusted at the way the group is turning out. I am going to move my newspaper to net.misc. Now please people in this group, the Gazzette is good stuff not trash. Anyway my question Judge is this, is it legal to keep the name Bizarre Gazzette or do I have to change it. Also there have only been five vols. published so far so if people in this news group who don't read bizarre, I'll be glad to republish the set.

THE VOICE OF JUDGE MW: For THIS you got me up at 2AM?! You don't have any
copyright on the name Bizarre Gazette, but it would
make a lot more sense in net.bizarre. As to the
volume there, yes, it is a little intimidating, but
I and others who really enjoy The Gazette look
through the headers (through the wonders of rn) and
never ever miss it. Hope you keep it in bizarre.
