Does anyone know the real meaning of the standard UNIX educational source license? It states that the "results of research" done on the UNIX machine must be given to anyone who asks. What are the "results" of research? Theses and technical reports? Source listings too? Can a university "sell" something that's been developed on a UNIX system in exchange for funds which go back into continuing the research? Has AT&T ever followed up on educational UNIX licenses and taken an educational institution to court? -- Derek Andrew, ACS, U of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon Saskatchewan, Canada, S7N 0W0 {ihnp4 | utah-cs | utcsrgv | alberta}!sask!derek 306-966-4820 0900-1630 CST "I ain't afraid o' no bugs." - Bugbusters
