Hi, a friend is working on an agreement whereby a "third party" will
integrate his software package into a larger package and resell it.
My friend is small, the third party somewhat larger.
Do you have, or do you have access to, an existing agreement of this
sort that you would be willing to share? What we need is a real, working,
legal document. The names can be blanked out. We are not looking for
advice. We don't need any guarantees, just a real live contract to look at.
Please reply via email. I am willing to pass along the results if any
also via email. I don't think the text of a contract belongs in net.legal.
I should also say that my friend has a lawyer, and isn't trying to bypass
lawyers. He doesn't ask for any guarantees about the quality of the sample.
It's just good to have something to check against.
