[net.legal] Yes, air piracy is ALWAYS inexcusably evil?

People seem to forget that the terrorist is not unaware that he is unlikely
to get asylum from this famous Country Y. By getting on that aircraft in
the first place, he knowingly forces his burden on others. Thus all blame
for what happens with or on the plane is his, although some things are
shared with the country of his origin.

Remember the airline is kind enough to provide a very valuable service.
One of the terms of that service is that customers will not perform armed
takeovers of the aircraft. If this were considered acceptable behaviour,
the airline simply wouldn't fly such people in the first place.

This hijacker has knowingly violated trust, put others and risk and forced
his moral burdens onto others. He may not be 100% evil, but he is certainly
evil enough.
