I hate to say it but "normal wear" wins again. My suggestion is to paint
it yourself. Sand down the rust, mask off the car, prime and paint. Or,
for that matter, clean the door , sand the rust and touch up with one
of those touch up sticks. Generally dealer body shops use flunkys and
the independants are usually better.
