[net.legal] California Crackdown on out-of-state license platers

This is another example of a poorly worded law.  If I accept a job in
California and consequently want to move there from another state, I
cannot legally enter California with my out-of-state plates. Of course,
they would not enforce it to the letter, but they COULD if they wanted
to harass you.  It is therefore a bad law.
