Falwell may not preach violence, but he does preach intolerance, hassasement, and economic boycotts against those institutions and people who's beliefs he does not share (like doctor's who do abortions, publishing companies that mention evolation in their textbooks, gay right proponents, etc). Whats the differences between having picketers threatening people and trying to block the entrance of family planning centers and trying to prevent people from making contact thought the phone? Both are forms of economic hassasement. If he feel he has the legal right to close down businesses and services he find morally objectionable, why can't somebody else do the same to him? He started the hassasement with his rhetoric, and I feel he's reaping what he sowed.
