You are NEVER obligated to pay for unordered merchandise that arrives via US mail -- whether it is magazines, veg-o-matics, or turnip snizzlers. If you feel civil yet, you can return the bill with an note explaining you never ordered or subscribed. If you don't feel particularly civil, that's not absolutely necessary, but they will probably pester you until you DO send them a note to that effect. Unless my memory has failed, Pop Computing went under a couple of months ago. In which case you won't get any free mags.
