[net.legal] Court cases: results wanted

A couple of years ago i read about 2 court cases, both in England.
I would like to know how they turned out. Does anyone on the net know?

1) A guy used his dog to decide which stocks to buy on the stock
exchange. He made 146,000 (dollars or pounds) using his dog's advice.
He wouldn't pay taxes on it tho, claiming the money wasn't his, it was
his dog's.

2) According to the story, as i remember it, in England, the person
responsible for paying a parking ticket is the owner of the car. There
is also a law saying something to the effect that a minor can't be
forced to pay fines. The story is that a guy transferred ownership of
his car to his 6 year old son, and refused to pay parking fines.

	Knowledgable responses are appreciated,
