[net.legal] electronic mail--what's legal, what's not

I'm currently putting together a chapter on electronic mail for a class in 
System Admin I'll be teaching , and I'm interested in putting together a
list of legal problems a SA could face, especially outside the United
States.

The points I would like to cover are:
	
	1.) What is considered a taxable (or duty) item.

	2.) Whether electronic mail is considered a printed medium.

	3.) What subjects are considered illegal to transmit.

Any responses or pointers to references would be appreciated.
