Well, well, well. I received some very nice notes of encouragement and I appreciate that, except for one person and when I go on vacation I'll take care of him|-). I'm taking the paper to net.misc and publish it their until whenever. The super edition will be the first one out in the new year (1986 for those people who live in the past).
