[tor.general] Farewell from utcsstat.

This will be my last posting from utcsstat.  The PDP 11/70 mini-computer
that has faithfully served the Department of Statistics at the University
of Toronto is being decommissioned on Wednesday 1 April 1987.

In its place will be 3 SUN super-microcomputers operating in a local area
network to be known collectively as utstat.
