Looking for a Place to Live - Toronto A friend of mine and his girlfriend have moved to our lovely city and are looking for a place to stay for 1 year. They are looking for a (furnished) house accessible to TTC. They have in the neighbourhood of $1000-1200 per month to spend on rent, heat, water. They have a spayed male cat - well behaved (won't scratch up the couch and doesn't spray, etc. (ugh...)) which has for the most part has been the biggest drawback in finding a suitable home. Immediate (up to June 1st) occupancy. I would be happy to give these people a personal reference - please don't hesitate to call me and ask for more details.
