	I am looking for a one bedroom apartment, preferably downtown,
failing that one with close access to a subway.  I wish to take possession
July 1st (earlier would also be ok).  I definitely want to stay under
$1000 a month, and would prefer something about $600-$750 if possible.
If you know of such a place, I'd appreciate it if you'd mail any

I am looking for a bachelor or a 1-bedroom apartment, preferably
close to U of T.  I can afford ~ $400.  If you know of such a place
I would appreciate if you give me a call.  I'm also willing to share
