For anyone thinking of purchasing a new copy of dBase IV, I have an
offer that will save you some money.
I have received an upgrade offer from Ashton-Tate for dBase IV at $175
US (plus $22.50 shipping and handling). I would like to sell this for
$567 CDN. Since dBase IV will sell at $795 US, this upgrade would save
the purchaser about $180 CDN, plus you get your copy ahead of everyone
else. The upgrade offer is also good for the Developer's Release at
$475 US.
