[net.misc] newsgroups gone in Western New York area

FYI, the  following groups are no longer available in the Western New York
area.  This affects somewhere around 2 dozen machines.  The reason for the
end of these groups is simply their large volume and low information content.
(Note net.flame actually died a while ago.)
