I am one of three young, professional people looking for a place to
rent in the downtown Toronto area. We are somewhat price sensitve
(the cheaper the better), but could afford anything up to about
$1500/month for a nice 3-bedroom house/apartment.
Here is our wish list:
o A 3-bedroom house or apartment ready for occupancy on June
1st or shortly after. If possible, we would like to get a
two-level place just so that there is plenty of space.
o If we have to sign a lease we will, but we would prefer to be
on some sort of 60-day termination contract (ie we give you
60 days notice of our moving, you give us 60 days if you want
us to move out).
Short-term (ie. 6 month) rental would be fine.
o Preferred areas are the Beaches, downtown, or the Annex.
o Appliances should include at least a fridge and stove.
Dishwasher, microwave oven or other appliances would be nice.
o Two bathrooms, although if only one has full facilities that's ok.
o Air conditioning for the summer would be a bonus.
o Parking is essential.
o Yard or outdoor park nearby.
o Easy access to TTC.

All three of us are responsible adults and would take care of any place
as if it were our own. We all hold respectable jobs and are willing to
provide references if they are required. If you, or anyone you know, is
