[tor.general] Smail 2.5 patch needed

I'm looking for the patch that fixes the Smail 2.5 problem with domain
lookups.

       An address like:   abc.ca

       Will be searched as:     (this is wrong)

                          .abc.ca
                          abc.ca

       Instead of the proper way:

                          abc.ca
                          .abc.ca
