I am looking for a house to rent within Metropolitan Toronto.
The following characteristics are desireable (ratings in brackets, greater
numbers represent less necessary features):
occupancy on October 2 [0]
2-3 bedroom [1]
>= 5 appliances (fridge[1]/stove[1]/dishwasher[3]/washer[1]/dryer[1])
parking [2]
quiet street [3]
garage [4]
back yard [5]
close to TTC & major roadways [6]
close to general centery of Metro [7]
rent from $900 to ???? plus utilities or whatever
I am a quiet, single (again), former house owner. I don't smoke, and I won't
be having any wild parties (unless you consider Unix programmers wild :-).
I can provide references from my former landlord (before this one-year
interlude of house ownership), as well as character references.

Two EE graduate students and a professional are looking for a 3 or a 4 bedroom house for rent. We are interested in living in the area bounded by Davenport, Ossington, Queen and Parliament. For a three bedroom, we are willing to pay up to 1500 and for a 4 bedroom, up to 2000. We would prefer to sign a one year lease but we are negotiable on this point.
