Event: Photo Exhibition and Variety Show Objective: To commemorate the 89 pro-democracy movement. Date:: Oct 1st, Sunday Time: 12pm and 6pm Place: Ontario College of Arts, 100 McCaul St., Toronto By: CCDC (Committee of Concerned Chinese Canadians Supporting the Movement for Democracy in China) The photo exhibition will be very educational. It covers the history of China from 1990 to the 1989 June 4 massacre. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Event: Demonstration Objective: Protest against the June 4 massacre and crackdown. Date: Oct 1st, Sunday Time: 1pm to 2pm Place: In front of the Chinese Consulate, 240 St. George St., Tor. By: The Ontario Chinese Student & Scholar Association The students and scholar group will march to the OCA (as mentioned above) to see the photo exhibition and variety show after the demonstration.
