The room is about 9' x 12', plus a closet, with hard-wood floors and a large window. The ground floor will be shared with two males (1 grade 12 student and 1 engineer) and a cat. The house is located on a quiet, tree-lined street and has a large back yard with gardens and fruit trees. This is just seconds from Meadowvale and the 401 (near the Metro Zoo) and is a short drive from the Scarborough campus of the U. of T. A professional person or a quiet student is preferred. Private bedroom (with air conditioner) on a residential, tree-lined street,
two minutes walk to the Coxwell station, will be available in late December.
The house has been significantly renovated and has a fresh coat of paint
throughout. Common areas are furnished; amenities include pay TV,
cable, washer, dryer and extra freezer.
Either $425 with small private kitchen or $395 without (small kitchen

Two friends of mine are looking for a third-room mate for
a three-bedroom apartment. This apartment is located on a
quiet street which is about a 3-minute walk from Greenwood
subway station, near a number of shops and markets. It is
furnished (the room comes with a bed and maybe some other stuff,
there is living room furniture and some kitchen utensils in
addition to what the present residents own). Rent is $375/mo/room

and pets (non-aquatic) are banned on account of in-house
