   - Location: 565 Sherbourne St. (1 blk south of Bloor St, 25min walking
               distance from the University of Toronto.) 
   - unfurnished, medium-size room in 3-bdrm appartment, 18th floor 
        (may be able to purchase furniture from previous resident, who
        is returning to Europe)
   - the whole apartment is in excellent condition. 
   - rent: $312 per month; rent is controlled.
   - preferences: Non-smoking, quiet, neat.
   - available after Dec. 20
