Since my fiancee will be looking for a new place in May, we thought we'd start inquiring now. On Friday, within 2 hours, we found two nice (bug free) places downtown. One was available immediately, the other May 1st (we'll probably take it). Both were $900/mo, which is steep for a 1 bedroom.
