This is a two bedroom apartment in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood, it is located two blocks north of the Chester subway station (Greek Village). The rent is $800 per month. As usual you are required to pay first and last month in advance. The apartment is the first floor of a house. At this moment I am the tenant and will be moving earlier than I expected. The apartment will be available on the 20th of February (may be earlier).
