[net.std] Language Standards

I'm interested in obtaining copies of some ANSI and ISO language
standards.  Could someone please reply (via MAIL) as to
details about where and how to get copies of such standards?
I'm also interested in copies of proposed standards -- is 
there any difference in ordering copies?

I will summarize responses to "net.std" for others who might
be interested in this information.
