Leaving from the Mountain View/Palo Alto area.
Looking for riders to share diesel and interesting times.
I plan to make this a partial vacation. Leaving June 8 (fri evening)
return June 16 (sun evening). I plan to go hiking (and maybe technical
climbing, if you are interested) in the Ruby Mountains of Nevada,
the Wastach Mountains of Utah (Mt. Timpanoghous (sp)), or maybe Wheeler
Peak NV. Weather depending. Get to Conference Tuesday evening for certain.
I have relatives and friends in Utah (U of U),
but I cannot guarantee a place to stay during the conference.
If this sounds like a lot of driving, it is, you should be somewhat
crazy about visiting (hiking) these mountains (you should know
something about walking in snow) leave the driving to me.
