>> We just got a couple of the new Aerobies. Much thinner than a Frisbee,

>the 'Skyro' that came out a few years back. I have one of these,
>but never got used to it.

They were invented by the same guy that came up with the Skyro,
	something of an 'improved' version.

>> They'd be killer on a Frisbee golf course.

No way. They are hard as hell to control, and would be worthless
on the golf course unless you're talking about 300 yard holes.
Oh yeah, they just love trees (notice the open ring for catching
branches?). Besides, todays golf frisbees, already go over 100 yds
consistantly if you have a good arm.
BTW:	Somebody out in California has thrown the Aerobie over 1000 feet
(I believe it was Scott Zimmerman, known for his distance throwing
	and free-styling(?)); approx 1100 feet.

>Does anyone know of any Frisbee golf courses in the S.F. Bay Area?
Sorry, all of my playing experience has been in the mid-west and
east coast areas. But I'll check my tournament schedule and see
what tournaments are held in that area.

For those interested, I am trying to get a complete schedule of
upcoming ''Hacky-sack and Frisbee Festivals'', to post to the net.
