From: Lee Moore <lee> I just discovered that our copy of "pic" assumes that internal motions in troff are a maximum of 2^13 units. While this was true for the old troff, ti-troff allows distances to be up to 2^15 units. The constant you want to change is near the front of pltroff.c. I should mention that the reason that this was discovered is because our output device has 2540 units to the inch (a so-called metric pica). Thus 2^15 (=32768) (barely) covers our device which has a page length of 26987 units. -- = lee@rochester rochester!lee =
