[net.text] eqn/itroff problem setting upper limits on integrals.

We are having a problem with formatting limits on integrals
using eqn/itroff. Eqn is the standard unix stuff. Itroff is
software provided by the Imagen laser printer people. The 
problem is that the upper limit is placed to the left of
where it should be, as illustrated below:

The amount of extra left motion seems random. Does anyone
have a fix.
