Has anyone encountered problems using the .VM macro request in
the Documenter's Workbench mm macro package? When using the .VM macro,
the page footer will overlay the page header of the following
page. The first argument seems to be correctly added to the
top-of-page but the second argument, to be added to the bottom-
of-page seems to overlap onto the top-of-page of the following
page. This seems to occur whether output is directed to
a device such as an Imagen or to a phototypesetter such as
a Linotron 202 or when using nroff or ditroff.
If anyone has a fix for this, I would greatly appreciate it before
I start digging through the macro package.
