[net.text] looking for dvi2ps filter

I'm looking for a copy of the public-domain DVI to PostScript
filter 'dvi2ps'.  I'd appreciate a copy or a pointer to some-
where on the ARPAnet it could be ftp'ed from.  Thanks!
