[net.text] ditroff intermediate file ==> TeX DVI ??

Someone I know is looking for a ditroff (a.k.a. titroff)
intermediate file to TeX DVI file translator.  Anyone know
of such a beast?

I am NOT asking about a troff C/A/T to DVI file converter
(e.g., "catdvi").  He needs the full power and font
capabilities of ditroff.

Hey, you may not need it, but I would like a copy of this beast
if

a) It exists.
b) Is free.

If anyone has a copy that they are willing to part with free of
charge, I'd really appreciate it if you'd mail me a copy.
