I saw this question go by before, but didn't see any answers, or dream I'd ever want to know at the time: Does anybody know contact information for any companies (presumably publishers) out there somewhere that will take *roff (particularly the "standard" troff WANG C/A/T codes) output tapes (troff -t ... > /dev/tape) and print/publish them? We have a need for publishing troff output with better quality than obtainable on an HP Laserjet, and won't do it often enough to make buying a better printer cost-effective. I seem to recall seeing a list of about 3 companies many years ago, but can't for the life of me remember who they were. A reward is offered too: Troff->HP Laserjet driver in C using vfonts and/or MAC fonts. Best results are obtained on an HP Laserjet PLUS. Working good enough for some "production", but still needs a little more work. -- Chris Lewis, UUCP: {allegra, linus, ihnp4}!utzoo!mnetor!clewis BELL: (416)-475-8980 ext. 321
