[net.text] Need help on header and footer with ms package

Can anybody out there help me with the folllowing 2 problems?
1)  How can I adjust the margin above the header?
2)  How can I adjust the center footer?  (I need to move it left a little.)

I am using ms and ditroff, a derivative of troff.
