[net.text] a strange TeX font...

podar@sbcs.UUCP (Sunil Podar) (04/30/86)

In the latest TeX/LaTeX distribution, I noticed a strange font called,
"halfado...". I graphed it using fontbl and it appeared strange to
me. Could someone in the know kindly explain it's intended usage?
I couldn't figure out anything.

Also is "amtex10" the same as "amtt10" ? It appears so.
Thanks.

I don't know about halfado, (you must have a more recent TeX
distribution than we do), but amtex10 and amtt10 are different.
They differ in the positions < '040, for example having different
selections of Greek characters.
