[net.text] LaserJet+ download format

Can anybody describe to me the format of a LaserJet-Plus download
file?  I've gotten a download to work just once, and I have not been
able to do it again.

The source code to something would be good enough, though of course
I'd prefer a simple description of the format.

I've localized the problem.  When I set the character offsets to zero,
the characters load down.  When I make them positive, they don't.  What's
going on?

The "baseline" offset must be at least as great as the top offsets
for the characters.  My QMS->LaserJet+ converter works fine now.
