I received the following message from the CD-ROM mailing list. I am reposting it as I think it may be in general interest. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- From: Richard Hintz <OPSRJH%UCCVMA.BITNET@lilac.berkeley.edu> Subject: Nautilus CD ROM based subscription information service To: Multiple recipients of list CDROM-L <CDROM-L@uccvma.bitnet> I got a solicitation (with a free CD ROM) from Nautilus which bills itself as a CD ROM based subscription information service. $9.95/issue for twelve issues (plus shipping and handling). You may want to look at their sample disk. 800 365-1639. or 614 761-4111. Fax 614 761-4110. Rich Hintz opsrjh@uccvma University of California -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I calld the 800 number and was told that the Nautilus CD-ROM contains software demos, games and entertainment. Currently it is only available for the Macintosh, but a PC version is coming out in the first quarter of next year. Please note: I am not endorsing Nautilus and I do not! have any relationship to the company. I am! an advocate of CD-ROM technology. Robert S. Jaquiss Jr. Internet: robertj@tekgen.bv.tek.com
