This subgroup of net.announce is for new users. The repeated monthly stuff will be posted here. This makes it safe for people who have read this stuff to unsubscribe to net.announce.newsusers, but they should continue to read net.announce. Changes to policy will be posted to net.announce if they are major. Minor changes (clarifications, typographical changes) will just be made. Mark Horton
