National Semiconductor Corp. near Portland, Ore. currently has
an opening for individuals interested in the design layout
     of etched circuit boards (ECB).

NSC's Portland Development Center is involved in developing a
family of UNIX* machines based on the National 32000 chip set and
UNIX* System V. The Integrated Computer Module (ICM) product line
will provide a UNIX* engine for each of NSC's 32K processor
types as well as a line of peripheral attachment modules.

NSC-PDC, while part of a large corporation, enjoys the
comfortable atmosphere of a much smaller organization. We are
remotely located from the Santa Clara based corporate offices and
     our function is purely R&D.

 Etched Circuit Designer (multiple levels):

had experience using CADNETIX tools, but other CAD experience is OK.
Experience with multi-layer, digital boards is required; SMD experience
     is desireable.

Salary is competitive and, of course, commensurate with
