The I.C.E. sponsored IBM-PC dedicated RBBS is
available from 4:30PM to 8:00AM on weekdays and 24 hours
per day on weekends and holidays. It features both
download/upload and a message facility. Both 1200 and
300 baud are supported. The system is located in
Allentown, Pennsylvania, where I.C.E. is centered.
