[net.micro.cbm] A question and an answer

jm@tekid.UUCP (Jeff Mizener) (07/14/83)

	Question:
Can I get Forth for the C64? (now $199)
If so, what form does it come in?

Answer by mail or post, as there may be others asking
	the same question.

	Answer:
Commodore peripherals (printer, disk and ?)
are selling for $275 in Indy (I found out today).
Where? Family Toy Castle (or something like that).
All you cbm owners at ABI/Indy take note.

Relieved that I finally have an excuse to buy a computer,

I have seen two forth packages available at $50 and $99. I just ordered out
the fifty dollar one, and i will post an evaluation later. I ordered from
AB Computers in Colmar, PA (See ad in compute). The other source is
MicroTech (see ad in commodore's Commander). The only difference discernible
in the ads is floating point from MicroTech.
